Before Our Arrival:
Room-by-Room Packing: Please ensure all boxes are packed and clearly labeled by room. This will help us efficiently load and unload your belongings.
Dresser Contents: Clothing and soft items can remain in dresser drawers.
Fragile Items: Clearly mark any boxes containing fragile items with "FRAGILE" on all sides.
Specialty Items: If you have any questions or concerns about specific items, please contact one of our team members prior to moving day.
Clear Pathways: Please try to clear pathways in your home and at your new location to ensure a safe and efficient move.
Packing Completion: It is very important that all packing is completed before our teams arrival. Delays caused by incomplete packing will result in additional fees.
Our Arrival and Process:
Our professional movers will arrive at the scheduled time, ready to begin loading your belongings.
We will disassemble furniture as needed and carefully load all items onto our truck.
While we deeply respect your home, for the safety of our crew, we are unable to wear shoe protectors. We will take every precaution to minimize any dirt or debris tracked into your home from our boots.
Upon arrival at your new location, we will unload and reassemble furniture as requested.
